They are bulky knit, and then embellished with ribbons, fabric strips,
tulle, fancy yarns, and whatever else the mood strikes me with! Each
hat will be different. I cannot promise to have the same finishing
items from time to time. So, pick out your background color, and
your accent color, and let me do the choosing for you! These hast
are fun, eye catching and when they debuted late in the season last year,
